Group Coaching for Companies and Institutions
Help your employees find accountability, camaraderie, and better health together! In Weight Loss Group Coaching, we step away from the scale and create personal health goals based on each employee’s values and desired healthy future.
Together, we build awareness and realize we’re not alone as we strive for better health. We also look at how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and hormones/aging affect our overall health.
Weight Loss Group Coaching meets once a week for an hour, either in-person or via Zoom. Group size is capped at 8 in order to encourage participation for everyone. Each client will meet with the coach prior to our first group meeting for a 15-20 minute one-on-one. This one-on-one allows the participants and the coach to get to know one another and for the coach to answer any questions about coaching.
